Booking FAQs

What areas do you service?

We serve North Idaho from Bonners Ferry to Coeur d'Alene, over to Spokane and up to Loon Lake. Not sure if you're in the area? Give us a call or send us a message, and we'll be happy to check for you.

Do I need a credit card to book?

No, we have a "pay on site" option available in addition to our online payment methods.

Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel a booking from the Booking Management dashboard, or by contacting us at any chosen method. You can also reschedule your booking date as well.

Can I reschedule a booking?

Change of plans? No problem - it happens to the best of us. You can easily manage your booking details by logging into your dashboard on our booking portal. If you face any difficulties with this, you can always contact us on this page, via email or phone.

Do you offer concierge services?

Concierge services present unique challenges that are completely negated by our mobile detailing service, as we come to you! No more worrying about where your vehicle or boat might be - we work directly on-site.

Are you closed on public holidays?

Generally yes, although exceptions can be made for urgent services. Please feel free to contact us if you find yourself in a situation like this.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we are transparent about our pricing and services. If, for example, a customer books an auto detail and the vehicle has a large amount of pet hair, but the customer did not book the additional pet hair removal service, then we will inform the customer directly upon initial vehicle inspection and give them the option to add this additional service if they would like all trace of pet hair removed.

Do you offer VIP services?

We treat each client as a VIP, and put in our full effort with each service provided to ensure a constant premium quality for every client.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured - but we've never needed to use it, and we intend to keep it that way.

What are your hours?

We typically work from 7am - 5pm Monday-Thursday. Friday we knock off a bit early, and Saturday we rest. Sundays are usually off days, but we can make exceptions in some cases.
